At its March and September 2023 sessions, the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, as well as on the Court of Federal Claims and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation miscellaneous fee schedules. The changes will become effective December 1, 2023.  The Administrative Order sets forth current and adjusted fee amounts for the Eastern District of Missouri.
