New rules and processes for all sealed documents filed in USDC-EDMO take effect on Tuesday, June 1. This is a substantial rewrite of the process regarding sealed documents, and all persons having business with the Court should consider the changes carefully. Filers should familiarize themselves with the new guidance on the filing of sealed materials that is also attached below.
