Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse Reopening, Entry Limited to Lobby Except for Persons Necessary for In-Person Proceedings or by Agency Appointment

Monday, July 13, 2020

After being closed Monday July 13 in order to identify and quarantine all personnel related to a positive test of a Court Security Officer for COVID-19, the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse will return to its prior limited-reopened state tomorrow, Tuesday July 14.

All persons who worked with the individual have been quarantined and tested, all areas where the person worked have been deep cleaned, and staffing adjustments have been made to ensure that the Officers who were not in contact with the individual are sufficient enough to reopen the Courthouse on the same limited basis as has been the case in previous weeks.

For further information on entry into the Courthouses of the Eastern District, please refer to the attached Order of Chief Judge Rodney Sippel released today, or contact Clerk of Court Greg Linhares at 314-244-7890.
