In an Order dated March 23, 2020, Chief Judge Rodney W. Sippel issued further restrictions to entry in Missouri-Eastern courthouses. The Court and all other agencies in the building are open, but public entry is now restricted to the main lobby on the first floor; except for required in-person hearings or by authorization or appointment with a Judge or specific agency. Each Court or agency has provided contact information, available on the web and in the courthouse lobby, so that persons can contact any Court or agency from whom they need assistance.
