As of November 4, 2019, the USDC-EDMO Daily Docket will be available in real-time, and will automatically update every fifteen minutes.
This new procedure will provide more timely information to subscribers and the public, but it will also mean that the Court will no longer send out docket updates after the initial daily docket publication (usually around 2 pm). Real-time updating will mean that as soon as a new entry is made, it will automatically appear on the daily docket link. Previously, the Court has sent out corrected Daily Docket e-mails when changes were made after the deadline, note that with real-time docketing this will no longer be the case, as e-mails would be constant throughout the day. The Court will continue the once-a-day docket e-mail, but subscribers should be aware that changes can and often will happen to the next day's docket after the time of the e-mail publication. The link on the website will always contain the correct docket. If you have any questions, please contact Clerk of Court Greg Linhares at greg_linhares@moed.uscourts.gov
