The Eastern District of Missouri Court family is saddened to report the loss of Chief Magistrate Judge Matt J. Whitworth of the Western District of Missouri.  Judge Whitworth was a visiting Judge in EDMO for many years.  We extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to Judge Whitworth's family and colleagues.
