The US District Court - Eastern MO is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to Local Rules 2.02, 2.11, and 2.12. See the attached press release for a description of the amendments. A full copy of the proposed amendments is also attached. Please send comments to Clerk of Court Greg Linhares at greg_linhares@moed.uscourts.gov. If approved, these rules will take effect December 1 at the same time as several proposed amendments to the federal rules.
