Treatment Services

The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends to procure treatment services for federal offenders using Blanket Purchase Agreements for the following:

Mental Health Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, mental health counseling (individual, group, and/or family, which may also include dual diagnosis counseling), psychotropic medication, emergency financial assistance, and transportation.

  •     0865-19-a12M Mental Health Treatment for Pemiscot and Dunklin Counties

Sex Offender Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, sex offense-specific evaluations, counseling (individual, group, and/or family), chaperone training and support, and transportation.

  •     0865-19-a24S Sex Offender Treatment for Scott County and Stoddard County east of Highway 25

    
Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.  Please note those instances wherein multiple counties/zip codes are referenced as a catchment area, the vendor must only have one site somewhere within one of the counties/zip codes identified as the catchment area.  

Interested treatment providers should submit a letter of interest to Nicole Vernier-Gelven at Nicole_Vernier-Gelven@moep.uscourts.gov or via mail to the U.S. Probation Office, 111 S. 10th Street, Suite 2.325, St. Louis, Missouri 63102.  Please provide e-mail contact information as interested providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U.S. Probation Office web page at www.moep.uscourts.gov (under Treatment Services).
