Treatment Services

The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends to procure treatment services for federal offenders using Blanket Purchase Agreements for the following:

Drug Testing Collection Procedures and Substance Abuse Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection, sweat patch application/removal, assessments, substance abuse cognitive based counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and transportation.

Mental Health Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, mental health counseling (individual, group, and/or family, which may also include dual diagnosis counseling), psychotropic medication, emergency financial assistance, and transportation.

Sex Offender Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, sex offense-specific evaluations, counseling (individual, group, and/or family), chaperone training and support, and transportation.

Interested treatment providers should submit a letter of interest to Nicole Vernier-Gelven at Nicole_Vernier-Gelven@moep.uscourts.gov or via mail to the U.S. Probation Office, 111 S. 10th Street, Suite 2.325, St. Louis, Missouri 63102. Interested providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U.S. Probation Office web page at www.moep.uscourts.gov (under Treatment Services).

As a reminder, the vendor must have a site within the catchment area, which will be evaluated during an on–site visit. Note: a catchment area may consist of multiple counties/zip codes, in which case the vendor must have a site within at least one of the counties/zip codes identified in that catchment area.
