Procurement Advertisement

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of MIssouri is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services in the following areas:

0865-15-01DAC Substance Abuse Treatment and Urine Collection for Franklin County
0865-15-02DAC Substance Abuse Treatment and Urine Collection for Phelps County
0865-15-03DAC Substance Abuse Treatment and Urine Collection for Crawford and Gasconade Counties
0865-15-04DAC Substance Abuse Treatment and Urine Collection for Marion and Ralls Counties
0865-15-05SO Sex Offender Treatment for Adair, Macon and Randolph Counties
0865-15-06SO Sex Offender Treatment for Cape Girardeau County
0865-15-07SO Sex Offender Treatment for  Scott and Stoddard Counties

 

If you have any questions regarding the RFP, please submit your questions, no later than Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 4:00 p.m., via e-mail to  ´╗┐Nicole_Vernier-Gelven@moep.uscourts.gov.  You may not call with questions regarding the RFP.  All responses will be returned via e-mail, as well as all questions and responses posted on this web site under “BPA Questions and Answers.”  The responses will get posted as they are answered; however, all responses will be posted no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2014.  Therefore, please check the web site occasionally while working on the RFP, and prior to submitting the RFP, for any clarification issues.  For all proposals, an original and one (1) copy must be received in the U.S. Probation Office, 111 S. 10th Street, Suite 2.325, St. Louis, MO 63102, no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2014.  The vendor should not submit the proposals in a binder or with any form of binding.

If the requested services include urine collection, please reference the link for the Department of Labor wage determination.

In responding to the RFP, you should answer each item and supply all information requested.  Section “L” provides specific directions for potential vendors in completing the proposal.  The vendor must have a site within the catchment area, which will be evaluated during an on-site visit prior to award of the agreement.  A vendor must be capable of providing ALL services identified in Section “B,” including local services identified at the end of Section “C,” and within the geographic area identified in Section “B.”  All copies must be originally signed.
