Return completed RFPs in a sealed envelope to the U.S. Probation Office, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., Bldg 107, St. Louis, Missouri 63120, attn: Nicole Vernier-Gelven, no later than Friday, August 12, 2011, by 4:30 p.m. The vendor must submit an original and two copies.
