Judge Catherine D. Perry awarded American Inns of Court – Eighth Circuit Professionalism Award

The Court is pleased to announce that District Judge Catherine D. Perry is this year’s recipient of the American Inns of Court Professionalism Award. The award was presented at the Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference in Rogers, Arkansas, on May 5, 2016.

This award is presented to an attorney whose life and practice display sterling character and unquestioned integrity, coupled with ongoing dedication to the highest standards of the legal profession and the rule of law.

Chief Judge Riley stated, “Judge Perry was instrumental in forming and managing the Theodore McMillian Inns of Court at St. Louis University. Among many other accomplishments and activities, Judge Perry started and assisted in the successful development of The Judicial Learning Center at the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis, creating an interactive judicial education center where visitors can learn about the history and the operation of our judicial branch.”

The District Court is delighted that Judge Perry has been selected for this well-deserved recognition for her continued commitment to the legal profession.
