Judge David Noce Celebrates 40th Anniversay, is longest-serving active Magistrate Judge in U.S.

The U.S. Courts News has recognized United States Magistrate Judge David Noce for his 40 years of service as a Magistrate Judge.  He is the longest-serving currently active Magistrate Judge in the country. Judge Noce remains active with the Court, presiding over the Court's re-entry drug court program docket while also teaching law school classes, serving on various committees, and editing several publications.
