Naturalization Information

The only Naturalization information stored at the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse are Court orders for each Naturalization Ceremony held from 1996 to present and name change petitions from that same time frame. Not all new citizens complete name change petitions.

To obtain a copy of a name change petition (1996 to present) visit the Office of the Clerk, 111 South Tenth Street, Rm. 3.300 and ask for Jeanne Pattrin or Laura Dreon. Call first to verify that a name change petition exists for the Naturalized Citizen in question.
